Simple Pleasures 2007

One of my projects during 2007 was to review, inventory, photograph, and catalog ALL the work in my studio. This summer-long project included recording work dating back to 1966, up through the present.
Though the bulk of work in the studio is relatively current, there were some nice examples from the past that I could still learn from. The mobile sculptures below are a result of ideas that bubbled up about three months following the project.
These mobiles are realized in a relatively small format, in my mind relatively simple, and contain concepts from the past comingled with ideas and techniques I use today. To see a larger photo, click on the image below. Click the "Back" button on your browser to return to this index page.
